Your privacy is our main concern. IAYF Consulting (IAYF) respects the privacy of our customers, business partners and employees. We have created this Privacy Policy to assist you in understanding the measures IAYF has taken to manage and protect the personal information you have provided to us. This Privacy Policy applies to IAYF and its subsidiaries. If you do not agree with the statements set forth in this Privacy Policy, you may not use the products, software, services and/or web site. This Privacy Policy may be incorporated by reference into IAYF's Terms of Service Agreement.

IAYF collects and logs Internet Protocol addresses, Internet domain names, the web browser and operating system used to access the IAYF website, the files visited, the time spent in each file and the time and date of each visit. However, if you request information on any of our products/services, IAYF may provide your information to third party distributors who may subsequently contact you directly to purchase such products/services. In such cases, you will not have the opportunity to opt out of having your information shared with these third-party distributors. The website may link to third party sites, which IAYF does not own or control and which are controlled by third parties. If you access those links, you will leave the IAYF website. Such websites may have different privacy policies than IAYF. We do not make any representations about third party websites. The personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties is not covered by IAYF's Privacy Policy. Some third-party companies may choose to share their personal data with IAYF and that sharing is governed by that third-party company's privacy policy. All retained data will continue to be subject to the terms of the IAYF's Privacy Policy that you have previously agreed to. To request that we information from the IAYF database, please contact us (privacy@IAYFconsulting.com). You will receive a response to requests within ten (10) business days of our receiving it.

Choice and Consent

IAYF does not require you to provide personal information to IAYF. The decision to do so is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the personal information requested, you may not be able to proceed with the activity or receive the benefit for which the personal information is being requested. Additionally, you may choose to no longer receive information about IAYF, its products and services OR have IAYF remove your personal information from our records. If so, you may contact IAYF (privacy@IAYFconsulting.com) and let IAYF know that you no longer wish to receive such information or wish to have your information deleted.

Security

At IAYF, we are committed to securing and protecting the personal information we receive from you. In order to secure your personal information, access to your information in IAYF's database is protected, and sensitive data, such as credit card information, is protected when it is exchanged between your web browser and our website. To protect any data you store on our servers we also regularly audit our system for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and we use industry-standard controls including Internet firewalls, intrusion detection and network monitoring. They can explain the protections that they maintain as well as the specific terms and conditions of your account.

Changes to Privacy Policy

IAYF reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy without prior notice, including ways in which your personally identifiable data may be used or shared. In the event IAYF updates or modifies this Privacy Policy, IAYF shall display a notice on this site. You should review this Privacy Policy at least every thirty (30) days to be aware of any such updates or modifications. Your continued use of this website after receipt of notice of updates or modifications to this website shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy.

IAYF will engage in periodic self-assessment to verify that it continues to be in compliance with this Privacy Policy.

Enforcement

Please feel free to direct any questions or concerns regarding IAYF's treatment of personal information to our email address stated below. It is IAYF's policy to contact the complaining party regarding his/her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal information that cannot be resolved between IAYF and the individual or entity.
